aTreehealth launches new AI-based app to enhance patient care

With digital healthcare systems having taken center stage amid the coronavirus pandemic, health tech companies worldwide are rolling out flexible solutions to improve access to care. A similar incident came to light when an Indian health-tech enterprise named ATreehealth Solutions LLC launched a new telemedicine app.

Dubbed as ‘ADI – Your Personal AI Health Companion app’, the new mobile app offers 360-degree patient care through video conferencing with doctors, symptom diagnosis, and centralized patient records, doorstep medical delivery, and other several features that help users take full control of their health.

Sources cite that the new app is equipped with ADI (Advanced Diagnostic Intelligence), an advanced AI-based chatbot designed to act as a private healthcare companion by giving answers to health related questions and connect users with expert doctors in their area.

The innovative chatbot allows users to better understand their health and brings every aspect of patient care to their smartphone screen with treatment advice, symptom diagnosis, wellness tracker, regular health tips, and more.

The mobile app has been introduced at the right time as a useful solution for all the stakeholders in the healthcare sector, making telemedicine accessible and enhancing patient care. Besides, the addition of centralized patient records and doorstep medicine delivery records make it a one-stop healthcare platform that everyone needs on their phone during this challenging time.

Speaking on which, Vikash Palisetti, CEO of aTreehealth Solutions LLC said that in the current times, nobody wants to step outside of their house or wait at a clinic pointlessly, which is inevitable due to a lack of an advanced digitized system that connects patient and doctors. To efficiently bridge this gap and enhance patient care, the company created ADI – an AI-based chatbot that evaluates one’s symptoms to advice the best future course of action, he states.

He added that the AI-based app can accurately evaluate one’s symptoms to connect them with veteran doctors, schedule both online and offline appointments, and even ensure medication doorstep deliveries.
