Innovaccers Data Activation Platform to Support Microsoft Cloud

Innovaccer, Inc., a leader in healthcare technology announced that is supporting Microsoft Cloud with its FHIR-enabled Data Activation Platform for Healthcare. Microsoft Cloud is dedicated to enhancing connectedness to drive greater performance across payers, providers, medical technology organizations, and pharmaceutical.

Coupled with artificial intelligence applications, Innovaccer's Data Activation Platform will help care teams improve outcomes in real-time. The platform features pre-built applications for doctors (InNote), healthcare leaders (InGraph), care managers (InCare), and patients (InConnect).

Innovaccer's data platform offers huge capabilities, like expansive FHIR application programming interfaces (APIs), best-in-class API gateway, an optimized FHIR data lake, cloud infrastructure, and numerous analytical enrichments like HEDIS scores

FHIR v4.0.1, the Data Activation Platform is compliant with the latest version and includes over 800 analytical enrichments to claims and clinical data and over 400 search parameters. It works as a foundation upon which any healthcare organization can design and build custom applications.

Furthermore, the organization partnered with Microsoft to launch InCare, its care management solution, on the Microsoft Teams platform. InCare is integrated on MC Teams and eliminates the complex processes of manually locating patients and gives a 360-degree view of patients via Patient-360 profiles. Care managers can communicate directly to the nursing staff of the primary care provider through the chatbot to coordinate care.
