DIDWW announces plans to automate cloud telecommunications through API

DIDWW, one of the leading platforms for telecommunication professionals offering a wide range of SMS and Voice services via an under-friendly, innovative self-service portal, has reportedly announced plans to completely replicate their platform’s functionality through a powerful API. The new API functionality is expected to be released in Q1, 2021.

With this move, the U.S-based firm plans to focus on process speed and automation of the platform. Aimed towards telecom operators, the present API enables these providers to perform a wider range of action, assisting them to expand and automate their service portfolio even further.

The DIDWW API allows a comprehensive range of functions, like ordering and configuring phone numbers worldwide, creating SIP trunks, configuring voice capacity limits, retrieving call records, and all other account management functions. With further API enhancement, the company is planning to add new functionality like phone number porting and associated compliant end-user data management, complete SMS and emergency service provisioning, two-way SIP trunks configuration, etc.

Speaking on which, Marius Martinkus who is the Technical Operations Manager at DIDWW said that the company understands the challenges that several telecom operators face. The company’s mission has always been to offer customers reliable solutions to assist them in taking their firm forward, and the DIDWW API has been particularly designed to completely automate processes and enable full integration of a range of building blocks into their service portfolio.

For the record, DIDWW is one of the leading platforms for telecommunication operators with complete self-service access and real-time provisioning, API’s and all other necessary building blocks for the crucial control over SMS and voice services.

The firm offers the largest entirely compliant international coverage of national, local, mobile, toll-free SMS and voice-enabled virtual phone number, free global number portability, access to local emergency services, a number selection tool, and many more.
